Production time (also known as handling time) is 2 business days including orders with customization. Please select the proper shipping method based on your delivery needs. Ex.: 2 b days (production time) + 2-3 b days Priority Mail (shipping methods) = 4-5 business days delivery.

Shipping methods: We ship from Florida, USA. Select your shipping method at check out. Transit time excluding production time:

- Free Economy (6-8 days) 

- USPS First Class  (3-5 business days)

- USPS Priority Mail  (2-3 business days)

- USPS Priority Mail Express  (2 business days) 

Do you need a RUSH delivery? Yes, we can to help you!! RUSH ORDER SERVICE: Moves your order to the top of our list and we will ship it by same day* by Priority Mail Express services (2-days delivery). Select "USPS Priority Mail Express" option in shipping methods at check out.

*RUSH ORDERS - Orders by Priority Mail Express mail must be received before 1:00 pm EDT to be shipped by same day.

SHIPPING - We ship via USPS to offer you the most economical shipping method possible. When your item ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Even though your item has shipped, tracking may not show or be updated within the USPS system for up to 24 hours.

USPS Tracking Updates To get text or email USPS tracking updates is very easy please go to: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input , enter your tracking number, click track button, select "Text & Email Updates", select what types of updates you'd like to receive, enter the phone number or email where you'd like to receive updates on your package and click "get updates" button. You will know all where and when your package is will be delivery. EASY!

DELIVERY - We ship to the "ship to:" address listed on the order summery. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the buyer. Please take the time to double check that the shipping address is correct.
