We want you to love your items. But If things didn't work out, here's the good news: Pretty T-Shirts accepts returns within thirty (30) days of purchase. (AKA the date listed on your receipt) for most items in new condition (as we sent it) as long as we have NOT modify or customized the order per your request.

Here's the fine print. You can't return anything that's customized, personalized, or modified from our original designs, worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached. Items returned with visible wear, stains, smells, or animal hair will be refused.

Due to hygiene reasons the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: all accessories including hair bows, headbands, party hats, leg warmers, socks, leggings, bloomers, and any other custom items are Final Sale. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

You must to have a previous authorization from us to return your items to the address within 30 days from the day you received your package.

Once we receive your returned packages they are inspected & will be processed within 5-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a incorrect / damaged item you must notify us within 3 days of receipt. It’s the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. If we made a mistake we will send a replacement. All damaged items must have tags still attached and be in unworn condition.
